I’ve been waiting for this adventure for a year and it’s finally here. I boarded the plane to China today and I couldn’t be more excited. For the next month I will be traveling through Shanghai, Dalian, and Beijing on a travel study for Art. I’m currently in Toronto, Canada cooped up in a lovely hotel enjoying my king sized bed courtesy of the “Canada Air” Airline. I have a minimum of a 16 hour flight to Shanghai tomorrow. I absolutely hate planes. I constantly think that when I can’t hear the engine roaring loudly we’re going to drop straight out of the sky. On top of that I am 10 pounds overweight in my checked bag so I had to stuff 10 pounds of crap into my purse and my carry on. I’m not an experienced plane traveler.
